Set your rate matrix
Enter each carer’s base hourly rate and the multiplier for nights, weekends, sleep-ins and bank holidays. Save it once and every row recalculates from these values.

Log shifts by type
For every timesheet, pick the shift type (day, night, weekend, sleep-in, bank holiday) and hours worked. The sheet applies the correct rate automatically.

Split midnight shifts
A 20:00–08:00 shift crosses midnight, so the sheet splits it into two segments and prices each half at the rate that applies to that day.

Irregular-hours carers accrue 12.07% statutory holiday pay, applied automatically to every qualifying shift.
